It's Pancake Day!  This Pancake day we are sharing with you a gluten free alternative to the original pancake batter mix! Enjoy! Gluten Free Pancake Recipe Ingredients 125 g  gluten free self raising flour 2 tsp caster sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter 150 ml semi skimmed milk   Method
  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Warm up a frying pan and pour mixture in.
  3. Flip the pancake when ready, and cook each side till golden brown.
